Screen Time

Recharge uses Apple's Screen Time framework on your device only. The apps you choose are stored as Apple's encrypted tokens; Recharge can't see their names or content. Your usage never leaves your device.

Stored on your device

Your battery level, battery health, history and settings are stored on your device, in the app's own storage.

iCloud

If iCloud sync is on, your settings and battery health are stored in your own iCloud account and synced across your devices. We can't access them. You can turn sync off in the app's Settings.

Subscription

The Recharge Premium subscription is bought and managed through the App Store. We never see your payment details; Apple only tells the app whether the subscription is valid.

Third parties

Recharge uses no analytics, ads or other third-party services.

Children

Recharge collects no personal information, so it collects none from children either.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all Recharge data from your device. To remove settings synced to iCloud, delete the app's data in your iCloud settings.
